Paediatric Podiatry

Keeping your little ones active and healthy

Children grow quickly and lead highly active lives. While it is true that some conditions may resolve as they grow, many can be prevented from worsening or corrected gradually over time. In some cases, effective management can lead to a symptom-free outcome. If parents have concerns about their child’s feet and lower limbs, it is essential to seek professional guidance.

How We Help

It is important for children, of all ages, to stay active and healthy. Sometimes, children withdraw from daily activities and exercise because of sore, tired or painful feet and lower limbs. We assess and diagnose conditions that affect children’s feet and legs, managing it, and guiding the young patient back to the activities that they enjoy.

Common issues:

  • In-toe Gait (Pigeon Toeing)
  • Tired/ Sore Legs
  • Bunions
  • Growing Pains
  • Heel & Shin Pain
  • Toe Walking
  • Sever’s Heel Syndrome
  • Osgood Schlatter’s Disease
  • Fungal Skin and Nails
  • Warts
  • Ingrown Toenails
