Customised Orthotics for Running, Sports, and Chronic Pain Relief

The Biomechanical Benefits of Customised Prescription Insoles

Prescription orthotics are essential for the holistic management of common foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions in Singapore. These precision biomedical devices are designed to reduce harmful loads and stress on injured tissues, correcting underlying biomechanical flaws and restoring optimal function when you walk, run, or stand.

Our 4-step Precision Orthotics Prescription

Step 1: Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

Your journey begins with a detailed history taking and a comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment by your Registered Podiatrist to identify your diagnosis, injury status and causative factors. This includes a visual and video gait assessment to analyse your movement dynamics.

Prescription is key – our orthotics are prescribed only by our experienced Registered Singapore Podiatrists following a full biomechanical and gait assessment.

Step 2: 3D Scanning Digital Blueprint

A state-of-the-art 3D scan of your feet is captured with our advanced software.. Based on the precise clinical findings and assessment data, your Podiatrist finalises the orthotics prescription form to specifically address your unique injury, individual biomechanics, and footwear requirements.

Step 3: Advanced 3D Manufacturing

The digital blueprint and prescription are sent to our specialised orthotic lab. Our custom foot orthotics are 3D printed using advanced polymers (PA11), ensuring superior functional correction, comfort, and durability. This was chosen for their specific blend of flexibility and stability. We can also produce orthotics in other materials such as Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), carbon fibre composite, depending on our patients’ needs and findings.

Fast Turnaround, Guaranteed Comfort.

Your bespoke orthotics are typically ready within 2-3 weeks, or within 1 week if on express.

Our Fit Guarantee: We promise you’ll be comfortable. 99% of our patients achieve an immediate comfortable fit with their custom insoles following an adaptation period. We offer complimentary adjustments for any required fine-tuning, ensuring you are 100% happy with your device. Each customised foot orthotic is covered under a 5 year limited warranty period. It is our promise and commitment to you that you’re comfortable and happy with the device.
