Having dealt with recurring plantar fasciitis for years, I’ve seen other podiatrists before, but none identified the root cause. After evaluating my gait, Boon Kiak explained how my tight calves are directly linked to my overpronation and likely driving both issues. He provided targeted exercises, including recommendations for the required tools like a slant board, and his clear breakdown gives me real confidence that I can finally resolve this. I saw podiatrist James at the holland grove clinic and he did a thorough examination and advised on the possible causes of my ankle pain.
