Pain in the foot, heel, ankle and lower limb is commonly due to musculoskeletal and sporting injuries sustained due to overuse and overload. To help you, we start with a detailed history taking and musculoskeletal assessment to take into account your injury status, causative factors, and biomechanics. We diagnose your condition, before tailoring a management plan that places your goals and needs at the forefront.

We employ evidence-based and progressive treatment modalities such as video gait analysis, customised foot orthotics and insoles, and shockwave therapy to manage your condition. Our goal for you is to enjoy a pain-free, active life and experience the fullest life you deserve.

What to expect at your Podiatry appointment

Your Podiatry appointment will include:

  • Listening: We listen to understand you, your activities, your challenges, and its impact on your life
  • Precise and informed diagnosis: We work with your referring doctor or healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis of your condition. We may also recommend diagnostic imaging like X-ray, MRI, ultrasound or further tests.
  • Addressing root causes: we alleviate your pain and tackle the underlying reasons for your condition.
  • Tailored management plan: We provide you with a personalised management plan, outlining your goals, diagnosis, timeline and care.

We are dedicated to empowering you towards an active and fulfilling life.

What to bring to your Podiatry appointment

  • Referral: A doctor’s referral is not required to see our Podiatrists. Though if you have one, please bring it along.
  • Footwear: Your regular footwear for work, exercise, and play. They help us understand you and your activities.
  • Previous results: If you have had imaging/ investigations, please bring the results with you.
  • Orthotic devices: If you have current or previous orthotics, please bring them along.
  • Clothing: We will get you to do some walking and activity as part of your assessment. Please dress appropriately if possible.
