He also has niche experience in ski boot fitting, which provides him with unique insights into how footwear can be fine-tuned to improve lower limb alignment and control.A highly active athlete himself, James participates in HYROX, tennis, and padel. His transition into high-volume running has sharpened his expertise in gait analysis and modern shoe technology, allowing him to prescribe the ideal footwear for specific clinical needs. Additionally, as a lifelong Alpine skier and trained instructor, he possesses a deep understanding of lower limb mechanics on the slopes.
